Payment only accepted in U.S. Currency. Reservations guaranteed with credit card,
cashiers check, or money order. Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice.
25% reservation fee is due at time of booking with balance due in full 30 days prior to
stay. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date for a
full refund minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to stay
will be allowed to switch to an equal period but will be subject to a $100 transfer fee. All
reservations subject to a 10% Utah bed tax, a $220 cleaning fee, and a $400 security
deposit (refundable 7-10 days after checkout and with damage inspection clearance by our
staff). We encourage pay pal for secure transaction processing with your credit card but
are happy accepting cashiers checks or money orders. Remember to remit full payment
30 days in advance of your stay, 90 days over Christmas and New Years Day.
